WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our team for a unique opportunity to build a practice to suit your vision. The provider will join a busy practice with a talented, experienced physician and advanced practice provider, enjoying a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance. Practice in our new state-of-the-art urology office at our Lafayette hospital campus, designed with new equipment, accommodations, and a welcoming aesthetic.

WHAT WE NEED:

The ideal candidate will focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong community and medical staff ties. The physician will collaborate with existing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

1. Full-time position with flexible schedule
2. Practice at one hospital and clinic, with 2 days/week in clinic and other days in hospital
3. Patient volume: approximately 18 patients/day in clinic
4. Outstanding guaranteed salary and benefits
5. Equipment includes digital cystoscopy with blue light and ultrasound, Moses 2.0 technology, digital ureteroscopy, Swiss Lithoclast Trilogy Lithotripter, and other requested equipment
6. Hospital is a Level III Trauma Center with a 17-bed ICU, 27-bed CCU, and 7 ORs (including open heart and robotic surgeries)
7. Call schedule: 7 consecutive days including 1 weekend/month; additional call is optional and compensated
8. Practice support staff including an advanced practice provider
