HistoSonics, Inc. seeks a Physician Training Specialist to deliver high-quality education to physicians learning the Edison histotripsy system.

This customer-facing role requires translating complex medical concepts into practical instruction and will involve hands-on ultrasound training, case-based learning, and simulation labs. The ideal candidate has deep ultrasound or imaging expertise, strong presentation and coaching skills, and the ability to travel up to 70% with overnight stays.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related clinical field and relevant clinical education.
• 5+ years in clinical education, medical device training, or similar.
• Ultrasound principles, image acquisition, and image-guided workflows knowledge.
• Experience educating physicians in procedural or technology-based environments.
• RDMS or ultrasound credential strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver physician education through established education pathways with didactic and hands-on training.
• Educate on Edison System technology, setup, operation, and treatment planning concepts.
• Provide hands-on ultrasound education covering image acquisition and workflows.
• Tailor instruction to learner needs while maintaining standards and objectives.
• Troubleshoot training environment challenges and escalate as needed.
• Lead physician programs, workshops, and simulation labs at multiple locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure credible learning experiences.
