Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related clinical field.
• 5+ years in clinical education, medical device training, or healthcare delivery.
• Proven ability to teach ultrasound principles, image acquisition, and image-guided workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physician education through didactic instruction, hands-on system training, and ultrasound education.
• Educate physicians on Edison System technology, setup, operation, and treatment planning.
• Provide expert ultrasound education focusing on image acquisition, anatomy identification, and workflow integration.
• Adapt instruction to physician specialty and experience while maintaining learning objectives.
• Provide actionable coaching to build physician knowledge and proficiency with the system.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the Edison System and related software.
• Troubleshoot common training environment challenges and escalate when needed.
• Lead physician programs, workshops, and simulation labs at multiple training locations.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Sales, and R&D to ensure consistent education.
