Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, recruiting, account management, or customer service preferred.
• High-volume phone experience preferably in business-to-business sales is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage physicians through strategic outreach.
• Conduct interviews with physician candidates to understand their experience.
• Match physicians to open locum tenens opportunities.
• Develop and maintain new business opportunities through prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage the full recruitment process.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions.
