• Ensure outstanding candidate experience and timely communication.
• Track activities with ATS and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with credentialing and onboarding teams.
• Stay updated on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Represent the organization at conferences and events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
