Job Description

Established Practice/Succession Opportunity-Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center – Spine Surgeon – Fall 2027

Location: Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Position Overview

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

This is a unique succession opportunity created by the planned departure of a busy, established spine surgeon in the Fall of 2027. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to step into an established market with strong existing patient demand, referral relationships, and clinical infrastructure-providing a foundation to build clinical and surgical volume quickly.

For a surgeon looking to hit the ground running rather than build a practice from the ground up, this position offers the combination of an established patient base, a recognized orthopedic brand, a collaborative spine team, advanced facilities, and organizational support focused on physician growth.

About Panorama

While our organization has grown significantly, our commitment to quality, teamwork, and accountability has remained the same. Our physicians practice in a collaborative and innovative environment where subspecialties support one another and share a common mission: helping patients feel better and do more.

Panorama offers a competitive total compensation package that includes comprehensive benefits and a profit‑sharing plan, along with resources and infrastructure necessary to support a thriving orthopedic practice.

  • Organizational marketing and growth support focused on physician ramp‑up, referral development, patient access, and long‑term practice growth.
