Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Foot & Ankle orthopedic surgeon for a planned succession in 2027. The incoming surgeon will join an established practice with strong referral networks and a foundation to grow clinical and surgical volume quickly.

The position offers an opportunity to build a high-volume Foot & Ankle program within a trusted orthopedic brand, backed by robust clinical infrastructure and physician growth support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school or ECFMG certification.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Foot and Ankle.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-volume Foot & Ankle practice with a focus on accelarated ramp-up.
• Join a well-established Foot & Ankle service line and contribute to its growth.
• Provide the full spectrum of Foot & Ankle care including elective, reconstructive, sports-related and complex conditions.
• Collaborate with organizational marketing and growth teams to expand referrals and patient access.

Position Overview

This is a unique succession opportunity created by the planned departure of a busy, established Foot & Ankle surgeon in 2027. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to step into an established market with strong existing patient demand and referral relationships-providing a foundation to build clinical and surgical volume quickly.
