Job summary

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, seeks a Foot & Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established practice and assume a leadership role as a succession plan progresses. You’ll join a renowned orthopedic brand with strong referral networks in a supportive clinical infrastructure.

The incoming physician will benefit from an established patient base, a comprehensive compensation package including profit sharing, and resources to accelerate clinical and surgical volume

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school or ECFMG certification.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Foot and Ankle.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Foot & Ankle surgical care across elective, reconstructive, sports-related, and complex conditions.
• Help develop a high-volume, fellowship-focused Foot & Ankle practice.
• Collaborate with Panorama’s multidisciplinary team to optimize patient access and growth.

Established Practice/ Succession Opportunity for Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon – Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Position Overview

This is a unique succession opportunity created by the planned departure of a busy, established Foot & Ankle surgeon in 2027. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to step into an established market with strong existing patient demand and referral relationships-providing a foundation to build clinical and surgical volume quickly.

For a surgeon looking to hit the ground running rather than build a practice from the ground up, this position offers the combination of an established patient base, a recognized orthopedic brand, strong clinical infrastructure, and organizational support focused on physician growth.
