This is a unique succession opportunity created by the planned departure of a busy, established spine surgeon in the Fall of 2027. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to step into an established market with strong existing patient demand, referral relationships, and clinical infrastructure-providing a foundation to build clinical and surgical volume quickly.

Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-eligible or board-certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our Highlands Ranch office in Fall 2027. The incoming surgeon will join a collaborative spine team within a fully integrated orthopedic practice. This opportunity provides access to a broad range of spine conditions, advanced surgical and rehabilitation facilities, and a strong network of orthopedic and clinical specialists.
While our organization has grown significantly, our commitment to quality, teamwork, and accountability has remained the same. Our physicians practice in a collaborative and innovative environment where subspecialties support one another and share a common mission: helping patients feel better and do more.
Panorama offers a competitive total compensation package that includes comprehensive benefits and a profit-sharing plan, along with resources and infrastructure necessary to support a thriving orthopedic practice.
