GoHealth Urgent Care in St. Louis, MO is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our urgent care team. The role offers flexible scheduling and a modern clinical environment, with generous sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

As a physician, you will independently provide a wide range of clinical services, including exams, diagnostics, prescribing medications, and follow-up coordination, while collaborating with PA/NPs and other staff.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Active state medical license.
• Minimum 2 years post-residency clinical experience, urgent care or ED preferred.
• Experience treating patients across all age groups.
• Proficient in suturing, splinting, reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Strong communication and teamwork with APPs.

Responsabilités

• Examine and treat patients with acute conditions.
• Take histories and order diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and prescribe medications.
• Perform minor procedures and vaccinations.
• Document progress and coordinate follow-up care.
• Supervise and collaborate with PA/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing support.

What We're Looking For

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds

• Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers

Your Role
