Job summary

Altais Health Solutions is seeking a Physician Services Advisor to be the primary internal contact for all service lines offered to our network physicians. The role involves supporting day-to-day administrative operations, educating users, and ensuring timely service across the physician network.

You will deploy EpicLink and the Provider Engagement Portal, provide education and training, and assist with onboarding new physicians and staff, including account setup and paperwork, while traveling

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in health care administration or physician office administration.
• 2-3 years of patient and physician portals and EMR/EMH systems experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use independent judgment within policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal contact for service lines provided to the physician network.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations and physician-office staff.
• Deploy EpicLink and Provider Engagement Portal; provide education, training, and day-to-day support.
• Onboard new physicians and staff; handle account setups and paperwork.
