Job summary

Altais is seeking a Provider Services Advisor in Riverside for a hybrid role. You will be the primary internal contact for service lines, supporting day-to-day admin tasks, and ensuring high-quality service to physicians and office staff.

The role requires coordinating onboarding, training on EpicLink and the Provider Engagement Portal, and collaborating across departments to resolve issues. You will advocate for physician practices, maintain strong relationships, and help drive policies and

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in health care administration or physician office administration.
• 2–3 years of patient and physician portals and EMR/EMH system experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of physician office operations and interfaces with health plans/ IPAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal contact for service lines for network physicians.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations and promote timely service to physicians and staff.
• Educate and train users on EpicLink and Provider Engagement Portal.
• Onboard new physicians and staff, handle account setups and paperwork.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings to resolve issues and promote positive physician-provider relationships.
