Job summary

Curana Health seeks a mission-driven Physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You’ll build strong relationships with facility staff and mentor APPs to ensure coordinated care and excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the employing state and active DEA license.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physicals on new patients and conduct regular rounds.
• Collaborate with APPs to manage complex visits and ensure clinical excellence.
• Mentor APPs to elevate care delivery across the team.
• Drive improvements in patient outcomes and advocate for patients.
• Represent Curana Health's mission and values in communities.
