Job summary

Eagle Telemedicine is seeking a Physician Scheduling Coordinator to manage physician staffing and schedules for multiple specialties. You will match physicians to programs, maintain schedules, monitor capacity, and identify coverage risks.

In collaboration with Account Management and Operations, you will ensure coverage aligns with program requirements, patient volume, and timelines. Proficiency with scheduling systems such as QGenda is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, healthcare operations, or account coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to interpret operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage physician schedules for assigned specialties and facilities.
• Ensure coverage aligns with program requirements, patient volume, and physician commitments.
• Identify staffing risks and communicate recruiting needs to leadership.
• Maintain scheduling data and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
