Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Experienced and Entry Level Openings

The healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors in the United States are expected to grow significantly over the next decade, increasing the demand for Pharmaceutical Sales Reps to educate healthcare professionals about new products. Our company is currently looking for dynamic and highly motivated sales professionals to join our successful Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and requires consistent achievement of sales targets across all assigned products. Each Pharmaceutical Sales Rep should possess comprehensive knowledge of their products, customers, and territory. Responsibilities include approximately 8 sales calls or presentations per day to physicians, nurses, and pharmacists. All team members are expected to attend company functions and online meetings. Administrative duties such as sales reporting are also part of the role. Candidates must complete industry training and maintain a valid driving record.

Requirements for Pharmaceutical Sales Reps:

  • One to two years of successful outside B2B sales experience or a college degree with notable achievements (e.g., collegiate sports, student government, entrepreneurship)
  • Ability to analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned territory
  • Effective persuasive communication skills with physicians and healthcare providers
  • Good business judgment and discretion to evaluate territory opportunities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
