Job summary

Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join a growing outpatient rheumatology practice. The role includes building a new APP team in February 2025 with strong support from Duluth rheumatologists and a large referral base.

The position offers a guaranteed salary, sign-on/starting/retention bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that covers CME, malpractice, health, vision, dental, and a 401K plan.

Compensation

• $309,000 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
