Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join a growing outpatient rheumatology practice. The role includes building a new APP team in February 2025 with strong support from Duluth rheumatologists and a large referral base.

The position offers a guaranteed salary, sign-on/starting/retention bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that covers CME, malpractice, health, vision, dental, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Rheumatology is required.

Responsibilities

• Join a Board Certified Rheumatologist with plan for an APP team in February 2025.
• Support from Rheumatologists in Duluth, MN to build your practice the way you would like to.
• Operate primarily an outpatient practice with no call.
• Access to an Ambulatory Infusion Center for patient care.
• Collaborate with a collegial group of physicians and supportive staff.
