MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology in Silvis, IL seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Rheumatologist for a full-time employed position. The role offers a two-year, $350,000 guaranteed compensation, transitioning to a wRVU model, plus a $120,000 recruitment incentive.

Eligibility for PSLF, relocation up to $15,000, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits are included. The practice operates on the MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center campus with infusion services, radiology, and on-site labs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• BE/BC in Rheumatology
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physicians field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United State (J1 and H1b applicants welcome)

Where youll work

The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology is located on the MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center campus. The team is looking for a physician to join Dr. Kumar and experienced clinical and non‑clinical staff. The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Campus offers on‑campus radiology, lab and pharmacy services to assist with the care of your patients. Infusion Center reopening in January of 2026. Call coverage will be split 1:3 consisting of calls only.
