Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist for a full-time opportunity in Silvis, IL. The practice offers autonomy to build your schedule within an employed group, with a two-year guaranteed compensation of $350k and a shift to a wRVU-based model thereafter.

In addition, a $120k recruitment incentive, relocation up to $15,000, and generous PTO plus CME support are provided, along with comprehensive benefits and loan-forgiveness eligibility.

• BE/BC in Rheumatology credentials are required.
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted Illinois medical license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice

Where you'll work

The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology is located on the MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center campus. The team is looking for a physician to join Dr. Kumar and experienced clinical and non-clinical staff. The MercyOne Genesis Silvis Campus offers on-campus radiology, lab and pharmacy services to assist with the care of your patients. Infusion Center reopening in January of 2026. Call coverage will be split 1:3 consisting of calls only.
