Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or physician relations in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in contract negotiation and provider relations strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to develop and execute provider recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning strategies.
• Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, practice managers, and leadership to enhance communication and service alignment.
• Ensures provider contracts, compensation arrangements, and support packages are market competitive and compliant with legal standards.
• Prepares and monitors recruitment and retention budgets; coordinates financial incentives with the CFO.
• Tracks provider needs by specialty and provides updated compensation benchmarks and market intelligence.
• Assists in drafting, reviewing, and routing provider employment contracts through internal approvals.
• Leads communication regarding onboarding expectations and timelines for new providers.
• Partners with PRI colleagues on strategies to enhance provider retention and satisfaction.
• Conducts periodic feedback surveys and evaluations for newly hired physicians; reports findings to leadership.
• Monitors effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and updates strategies for long-term workforce planning.
