Beacon Health Options seeks a SR Physician Liaison to cultivate relationships with physicians, their staff, and referral sources. The role focuses on removing barriers, educating referring physicians on Beacon services, and ensuring timely referral processes.

The position requires strong relationship-building, healthcare sales experience, and the ability to coordinate meetings, provide program details, and support continuous improvement in physician engagement across the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Education (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum three years of medical sales or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with physicians and staff.

Mansioni

• Cultivate relationships with physicians, their staff and referral sources.
• Provide a single point of contact to ensure seamless referral processes.
• Educate referring physicians on Beacon Health System services and programs.
• Coordinate meetings between hospital-aligned and independent physicians to build referrals.
• Maintain timely market intelligence and troubleshoot physician issues.
