Job summary
PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Reno is seeking a focused professional to manage referral development in a local market. You will build relationships with physician offices and healthcare organizations while supporting community health events to promote PAM Health services.
Ideal candidates have nursing/therapy/social work licensure or strong healthcare marketing experience, with at least two years in healthcare sales. Proficiency with clinical software and MS Office is expected.
Qualifications
- License in nursing, therapy or social work or significant healthcare experience in marketing.
- Computer literate and able to use PAM Health's information system software.
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing; prior experience calling on physicians preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage referral development in a defined market including physician office calls and networking.
- Support community initiatives such as health fairs and screenings to raise awareness of PAM Health programs and services.
