Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Sales Physician Relations Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Orlando Health and referring physician practices in a designated hybrid territory.

You will build relationships with physicians, practice managers, and staff, while promoting imaging, ancillary, and specialty services to drive patient referrals and growth. This role emphasizes field presence and strategic outreach in West Orange County and Dr. Phillips areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three (3) years of experience in the healthcare industry or related area.
• A master's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration or related field may substitute for up to two (2) years of required experience.
• Four (4) years of experience in the healthcare industry or related area may substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with employed, network, and independent referring providers.
• Create and execute territory plans to increase patient referrals and market share.
• Communicate Orlando Health's imaging services and specialty programs.
• Act as the primary liaison between referring providers and Orlando Health service lines.
• Identify barriers in referrals and collaborate with leaders to implement solutions.
• Analyze referral data and market trends to support decisions.
• Maintain activity in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Support community outreach and physician engagement activities.
