The ideal candidate builds strong relationships, manages multiple searches, and navigates market dynamics with a consultative approach. Competitive base plus commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building with candidates from diverse medical backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in outbound recruiting, marketing outreach, and candidate re-engagement strategies.
• Proficient verbal and written communication across phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Resilient problem‑solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs for locum tenens and permanent positions nationwide.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates to meet client demand.
• Screen candidates for experience, licensure, certifications, malpractice history, and credentialing requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with active candidates to support engagement and redeployment.
• Partner with account managers to align candidate delivery with client needs.
• Manage candidate notes and tasks in the ATS to ensure visibility and collaboration.
• Support credentialing, compliance, contracts, and scheduling as needed.
• Analyze market trends and provider supply dynamics to refine strategies.
• Contribute to staffing projections, planning, and updates with leadership.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
