The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek a Neuroradiologist to join the Department of Radiology. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience. This position may be considered for Remote/Hybrid opportunities.

Overview

The Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine/Wexner Medical Center is seeking candidates for faculty positions in Neuroradiology who are passionate about collaborative, patient-centered clinical excellence, dedicated to advancing research and innovation, committed to education, and inclusive. The responsibilities include patient care, research, and training graduate and postgraduate students. The Division of Neuroradiology focuses on MRI and CT interpretations of the brain, spine, head and neck, and image-guided procedures of the spine and neck. Neuroradiology collaborates with referring specialty services and serves a busy Comprehensive Stroke Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and a large NCI-Designated Cancer Center. Faculty provide teaching to fellows, residents and medical students, and support Neuroradiology Fellowship, Diagnostic Radiology Residency, and Integrated IR/DR Residency programs. The department offers opportunities for advancement and access to resources in imaging technology innovation, artificial intelligence, and health services research.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as related to the Neuroradiology Service and contribute to clinical and imaging operations.
• Engage in education and training of fellows, residents, and medical students; contribute to regional and national teaching efforts.
• Participate in research and scholarship; may serve as PI or Co-I on grants and/or clinical trials; participate in relevant Department and college committees.
• Support image-guided procedures and participate in day-to-day operations of the Neuroradiology Division.
