A leading health organization seeks a board-certified Psychiatrist for their Recovery Services program, focusing on evidence-based care for Veterans with opioid use disorder. This position involves serving as a Psychiatrist within the Recovery Services, an outpatient substance use disorder treatment program. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based care for Veterans diagnosed with opioid use disorder treated with Buprenorphine and addressing psychiatric needs of Veterans involved in Recovery Services. The ideal candidate will be double board certified in General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry or will be board eligible.
Applicants must meet the basic and any additional requirements listed in the job announcement. Pending training or license completion may be considered for referral and tentative selection but not for final hire until all requirements are met. Current VA-employed physicians who met the initial appointment requirements are deemed qualified.
Basic Requirements:
