Job summary

Valley Medical Group in Paramus, NJ, part of Valley Health System, is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for outpatient care. The role features 36 patient-facing hours weekly plus 4 hours admin time, with offices in multiple Bergen/Passaic counties.

Compensation includes a minimum starting salary of $255K–$280K with uncapped productivity incentives, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, CME support and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine completed
• New Jersey Medical License, CDS and DEA eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care with 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Collaborate with Care Teams and participate in team-based care
• Manage patient panels and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Job description

Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our growing Primary Care Service Line. We currently have 13 Primary Care, 7 Primary Care & Walk-In Care offices, and 1 Primary and LGBTQ+ Care office throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties. These positions are outpatient only with 36 patient facing hours with 4 hours administrative time per week.
