HSHS Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our Mattoon, IL clinic. This 100% outpatient role offers a 2-year salary guarantee and competitive pay ranging from $320,106 to $390,656, plus a sign-on bonus, relocation and housing incentive, CME funds, and loan assistance.

J-1/H-1B sponsorship is available. The practice is part of a large Illinois/Wisconsin health system with strong referral support and EPIC EMR.

Qualifications

• MD/DO physicians must be board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine.
• Illinois license to practice medicine is required prior to start.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% outpatient Family Medicine care in Mattoon, IL.
• Collaborate with a coordinated care team and utilize EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot.
