HSHS Medical Group in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join our growing team. This 100% outpatient role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with potential for 4 or 5 days, EPIC EMR, and a supportive environment.

Compensation includes $320,106-$390,656 with a two-year salary guarantee, sign-on, relocation, housing incentives, CME funds, and loan forgiveness options; J1/H-1B sponsorship; strong benefits and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in Illinois is required.
• Board certified or board eligible (ABFM/ABIM) is required.
• Active BLS certification is required.
