HSHS Medical Group in Mt. Zion, IL is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) for our clinic. Well-established practice with EPIC EMR and dedicated support staff, offering a 100% outpatient setting and strong work-life balance.

The position includes a 2-year salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, relocation and housing incentives, CME funds and a comprehensive benefits package; eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness and H-1B sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABFM or ABIM.
• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
