The physician-led group combines independent clinical authority with the resources of Western Reserve Hospital, supporting autonomous patient care within a collaborative hospital system.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for Ohio medical license.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients (ages 16+), focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long‑term health outcomes.
