Responsibilities

• Oversees operations within practices.
• Provides leadership and supervision around practice operations.
• Ensures patient access, financial performance, and optimal patient experience.
• Communicates financial information to reports and Administration.
• Assumes responsibility for financial performance and supports budget development processes.
• Monitors and responds to trends in patient experience.
• Maintains working knowledge of quality efforts within areas of responsibility.
• Facilitates performance management of all reports including hiring, counseling and discipline, performance evaluation, and training.
