The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of related experience, 1–3 years of supervisory responsibility, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to drive efficient patient scheduling and pre-registration processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related work experience required.
• 1-3 years supervisory/management experience required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access).
• Knowledge of time of service, scheduling, referral management, pre-registration and visit ticket entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a primary care practice, including staff management, process implementation, and revenue cycle reporting.
• Proficient in coordinating staff schedules and ensuring efficient work processing.
