Qualifications

• Requires healthcare practice management or administrative experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with common office and healthcare systems.
• Ability to understand and apply medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Oversee service excellence and daily huddles to meet operational budgets.
• Lead provider offices and teams in practice operations.
• Coordinate HR tasks including hiring, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Oversee training for new staff and CME onboarding.
• Create and manage call schedules; coordinate with locum providers.
• Monitor processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
