Ascension Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or equivalent Advanced Practice Provider for outpatient gastroenterology care in Oshkosh, WI or Appleton, WI. The role includes health assessments, testing, diagnoses, and preventive care within a collaborative, nonprofit health system.

Join an established team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs
Outpatient gastroenterology practice on the Mercy Hospital campus, serving a growing adult patient population (18+) with an average daily volume of 12–15 patients.

Employed position within a nonprofit health system
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by conducting health assessments, obtaining patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and delivering preventive care services.
Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive health, treatment options, and community resources while collaborating with physicians to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
