Banner Children's Specialists in the Phoenix area seeks a Lead Pediatric Endocrinologist to lead our pediatric endocrine team serving Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale. You will guide clinical care and mentor junior physicians in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

• Oversee clinical operations and contribute to program development.

Join a well-established practice delivering fully integrated pediatric care across the greater Phoenix area.

Our Team:

• Two experienced Pediatric Endocrinologists

Qualifications:

• ABMS board certification
• At least 5 years of experience
• Leadership experience required

Practice Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with rotational call
• Established referral network with onsite diabetes educators, NPs, and dietitian
• Mentorship and collaborative team environment
