Banner Children's Specialists in the Phoenix area seeks a Lead Pediatric Endocrinologist to lead our pediatric endocrine team serving Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale. You will guide clinical care and mentor junior physicians in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

ABMS board certification.
At least 5 years of experience in pediatric endocrinology.
Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

Mentor junior physicians and foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Oversee clinical operations and contribute to program development.
