Banner Children's Specialists in Arizona is seeking a Lead Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our collaborative team serving Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational call and a strong, collaborative team across endocrinology, education, and nutrition.

Banner Children's Specialists is seeking an exceptional Lead Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our dynamic, collaborative team at Banner Children's serving both Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona, and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ. Join a well-established practice delivering fully integrated pediatric care across the greater Phoenix area.

Our Team

• Two experienced Pediatric Endocrinologists
• Two Nurse Practitioners
• Five diabetes educators

Qualifications

• Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship trained
• ABMS board certification
• At least 5 years of experience
• Leadership experience required

Practice Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with rotational call
