Banner Children's Specialists in Arizona is seeking a Lead Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our collaborative team serving Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational call and a strong, collaborative team across endocrinology, education, and nutrition.

Qualifications
- Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship trained.
- ABMS board certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience; leadership role required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotational call.
- Established referral network with onsite diabetes educators, NPs, and dietitian.
- Mentorship and collaborative team environment.
