A leading health system located in Las Vegas is seeking a Pediatrician to join their dedicated team. This role includes a competitive annual salary, starting bonus, and relocation assistance. Responsibilities involve comprehensive pediatric care including examinations, immunizations, and chronic disease management. Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
  • Residency training in Pediatrics.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
  • Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be obtained and maintained.
  • Experience Preferred. New Grads will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals.
  • Manage ADHD/ADD, perform circumcisions, and handle well childcare and immunizations.
  • Treat childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitor chronic diseases.

About this role

As an Intermountain Health Pediatrician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases.

  • Annual Base Salary of $230,000.00 / Year with Productivity in addition to the Base
  • This position includes a starting bonus of $30,000.00 and up to $20,000.00 for relocation for eligible household moves
  • You will practice at Tenaya Clinic - Pediatrics in Las Vegas, NV
  • Your weekly schedule will be 4 clinic days with reasonable patient volume and a built-in referral system
  • On-call duties: rotating weekend, nursery hospital call, and holidays shared equally by physicians. After hours nursing phone support for patients reducing calls to providers
  • Stipend for weekend call/rounding

What you'll bring

Location

Clinic Pediatrics – Tenaya, Las Vegas, Nevada. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Hourly range: $7.25 – $999.99. The hourly rate depends on experience.
