Intermountain Health in Las Vegas is seeking a Pediatrician to join Tenaya Clinic - Pediatrics. You will perform exams, well visits, immunizations, ADHD/ADD management, and manage chronic pediatric conditions with a collaborative team.

The position offers a strong base salary of $230,000 per year, plus productivity incentives, a $30,000 starting bonus, relocation up to $20,000, and a 4-day clinic schedule with built-in referral support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Active Nevada medical license or ability to obtain one.
• NRP certification must be obtained and maintained.
• Successful credentialing per Intermountain Health process.
• New graduates considered; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical history intake and physician examinations.
• Provide well child visits, immunizations and sports physicals.
• Manage ADHD/ADD, injuries and chronic diseases.
• Participate in on-call duties with weekend, nursery and holiday coverage.
• Support a built-in referral system and collaborate with care teams.

About this role

As an Intermountain Health Pediatrician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases.

• Annual Base Salary of $230,000.00 / Year with Productivity in addition to the Base


• This position includes a starting bonus of $30,000.00 and up to $20,000.00 for relocation for eligible household moves


• You will practice at Tenaya Clinic - Pediatrics in Las Vegas, NV


• Your weekly schedule will be 4 clinic days with reasonable patient volume and a built-in referral system


• On-call duties: rotating weekend, nursery hospital call, and holidays shared equally by physicians. After hours nursing phone support for patients reducing calls to providers


• Stipend for weekend call/rounding

What you’ll bring

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine


• Residency training in Pediatrics


• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics


• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one


• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be obtained and maintained


• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process


• Experience Preferred. New Grads will be considered
