St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID, seeks a BC/BE Pediatric Cardiologist for our Children’s Hospital. Join seven seasoned pediatric cardiologists, with opportunities in TEEs, fetal cardiology, and CPET, in a Level II trauma center serving Idaho and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• BC/BE in Pediatric Cardiology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Idaho.
• Current DEA license with prescriptive authority.

• Experience or interest in Adult Congenital or Fetal Cardiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily outpatient focus with shared night, weekend, and holiday call.
• Opportunity for TEEs, Fetal Cardiology and CPET.
• Level II Pediatric Trauma center involvement.
• Support a wide geographic referral network across Idaho and nearby states.
• Contribute to ongoing growth and development of the program.

Our award-winning St. Luke's Children Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Cardiologist in Boise, ID.

What to Expect:

• Join 7 highly experienced Pediatric Cardiologists, including Pediatric Electrophysiologists, Adult Congenital Cardiologists, 1 PA, 8 nurses, 1 Nurse Navigator, and a group of highly skilled Pediatric-trained Sonographers who are available to scan 24/7
  • Only Pediatric Cardiology program in the state
• Primarily out-patient focused, with night, weekend, and holiday call shared equally
• Opportunity for TEEs, Fetal Cardiology and cardio-pulmonary exercise stress testing
• Level II Pediatric Trauma center
• Support a vast geographic referral network that includes Idaho, Eastern Oregon, and Northern Nevada
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the program

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• BC/BE in Pediatric Cardiology

• Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA, the State of Idaho, and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke's Health System
• Preferred: Experience/interest in Adult Congenital Cardiology or Fetal Cardiology
