Clover Health is seeking a Provider Development Lead to drive physician partnerships and onboarding in Georgia, leveraging your deep local network to grow Clover Assistant adoption across the state. You will lead PCP network contracting and expand the partner base with new leads, working with clinicians and staff to operationalize Clover Assistant within practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience establishing relationships with healthcare providers and staff.
• Metrics-focused customer success and account management background.
• Understanding of healthcare topics including HEDIS, claims processing, EHRs, billing and reimbursement.
• Enjoy meeting providers face to face and blend in-person and virtual meetings.
• Reliable transportation to complete provider visits across the state.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and provider needs.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead physician partnership development and onboarding in Georgia and growth plan for Clover Assistant.
• Lead PCP network contracting in the region and support market expansion.
• Expand partner base through your network and new leads.
• Operationalize Clover Assistant within practices and foster Clover-provider partnerships.
• Be the face of Clover and primary contact to providers and staff.
• Assist with AEP/OEP and CCS initiatives.
• Manage partner performance and conduct regular on-site visits.
