We are building the infrastructure for real collaboration across oncology so that trials, subspecialists, and support become part of routine care, rather than a separate system that patients and doctors have to navigate alone.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote contract role for a Physician Partner at 1104Health. Ideally, this person is located near the MidAtlantic (MD/VA) region. The Physician Partner will act as an account manager for the Oncologists in the 1104Health Shared Care Network. The role includes being the ambassador of our brand externally to oncologists, introducing the Shared Care Model, and guiding utilization of the platform.

You should be comfortable with:

• Manage inbound physicians interested in our platform and guide to product conversion (“soft sell”)
• Build relationships with regional oncologists and serve as the frontline ambassador for 1104Health – introducing them to our Shared Care Model
• Support onboarding and account management to ensure physicians are engaged and supported
• Communicate the business and clinical value of participating in the Shared Care Network
• Collaborate with our internal MD team to ensure clinicians have access to deep trial expertise
• Work cross-functionally with our internal team to surface insights and improve outreach

Qualifications

• Experience speaking to oncologists - while deep clinical expertise is not required, comfort speaking high level clinically is required
• Confidence in selling situations (inbound leads -- not outbound ‘cold calls’)
• Strong relationship-building and account management instincts
• Comfort talking about clinical trials and oncology care models (with internal support available for clinical depth)
• Self-direction and flexibility—this is a contractor role with hours you can build around your schedule
• Commercial acumen
