This is a part-time opportunity for one day a week in an inpatient (IP) setting. An ideal candidate will supervise/collab with APPs who are working onsite.

This is a part-time opportunity for one day a week in an inpatient (IP) setting. An ideal candidate will supervise/collab with APPs who are working onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care to adult and geriatric inpatients
• Collaborate closely with skilled mid-level providers
• Conduct evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans
• Ensure documentation and care standards are maintained
  
  

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Valid medical license in the state of Missouri
• Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred, especially in adult and geriatric care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a supportive, collaborative environment
