Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a hospital-employed ENT practice in Mississippi. The opportunity serves adult and pediatric patients with a Monday–Friday schedule and 1:3 call; on-site DaVinci robots enable advanced surgical capabilities.

A strong referral network supports growth, and visa options (J-1/H-1B) are available for new graduates. Compensation is MGMA-based with a sign-on bonus and student loan repayment; full benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and CME support.

Responsibilities

• Solo, hospital-employed ENT position serving adult and pediatric patients
• Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule
• Call 1:3 rotation with additional call available for extra pay
• Two DaVinci robots on-site for advanced surgical capabilities
• Strong referral network with robust primary care and specialty base
• J-1 and H-1B visa support available; new graduates welcome
• Compensation based on MGMA 50th - 75th percentile with sign-on bonus and student loan repayment
