WVUHS Medical Group seeks an Orthopedic-Hand Physician. The successful candidate will primarily practice in Martinsburg, WV.
Responsibilities: The candidate will specialize in hand surgery. WVU Medicine's Orthopedic and Sports Medicine providers offer comprehensive services including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery of the musculoskeletal system.
Qualifications: Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for a state medical license. Candidates must have completed an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency and a Hand Surgery fellowship. Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery is required. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Berkeley Medical Center, a 195-bed non-profit hospital, offers radiology services, a wound care center with hyperbaric chambers, NICU, ICU, oncology, neurosurgery, and a Cardiac Cath Lab. Recent expansions include new outpatient and main hospital ORs focused on robotics, orthopedics, and vascular health.
