Sanford Bemidji, part of Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN, is seeking a physician specialized in Ophthalmology to join two ophthalmologists and five optometrists in a busy clinic.

The practice includes cataract surgery with premium IOLs, MIGS, oculoplastics, and retina injections, with a schedule that features clinic days, one injection day per week, an OR block, and Saturday morning call. Compensation includes a floor of $600,000 plus incentives and a retention bonus.
