Qualifications

• Must have completed residency in Ophthalmology and be Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Must be eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.

Located near the surgery center with an onsite retail optical store and up-to-date clinical equipment, the clinic provides a comprehensive, patient-centered environment within a financially sound, integrated healthcare system, with potential outreach opportunities across the region.

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $425,000 - $610,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
