Sanford Bemidji in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Gastroenterologist for an outpatient practice with access to DaVinci Xi and DV5 robotics. The role features a compensation floor of $825,000 for the first two years, plus potential to exceed via wRVUs, and a $150,000 retention incentive.

The successful candidate will be BE/BC and join a large referral network, with 10 ORs and a dedicated block time in a thriving regional hospital. Relocation and CME support available.

Qualifications

• Outpatient gastroenterology focus in an academic/community setting.
• Board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology.
• Experience with advanced endoscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient gastroenterology care at a well-established facility.
• Collaborate with a large referral base from primary care.
• Participate in endoscopic procedures using DaVinci robotics as available.

• Compensation floor of $825,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be forgiven if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
